This is one of my favorite places smoothies BUT my sides (Apple, chips) were included with sandwiches which were not edible anyway. They did not follow instructions of no tomato’s and added Russian dressing on the Chicken Caesar wrap. Gross!
The quality of food is going downhill!!
I took the survey but went to get a pen (new phone so didn’t know how to screenshot yet). Basically the code is gone. I saw 5 digits, maybe starting with 544 I think. My receipt is Store FL012, Chk 3536, on 6-2-21 at 958am. Can I get the code or the reward please? Thanks a lot!
